How do you ensure precision in manufacturing? + − Interim inspections and final measurements are performed using calibrated measuring equipment. For complex geometries, we use mobile 3D laser scanners. The comparison of actual measurements against the CAD model reveals deviations as early as during the manufacturing process. The measurement results are assigned to the order and incorporated into the project documentation.

This may include customer-specific test plans (ITP). We also coordinate additional final acceptances by commissioned inspectors and specified documentation formats on a project-by-project basis.
