What does a typical project look like? + − The typical process in industrial vessel and equipment manufacturing begins with an inquiry or needs assessment. During this phase, requirements, operating conditions, and technical parameters are defined in collaboration with the customer.
This is followed—depending on the division—by the technical design phase, during which the product is precisely tailored to specific requirements. Based on this, all work steps, resources, and timelines are defined in the production planning process. At the same time, material procurement takes place, during which suitable materials and components are selected and procured.
This is followed by the manufacturing process, during which components are produced, assembled, and processed in accordance with applicable standards. Key elements of this process include comprehensive testing and complete documentation to ensure quality and traceability.
Depending on requirements, additional services such as insulation or preparation for installation can be provided. The process concludes with the delivery of the finished product, including the accompanying documentation and—if desired—additional services.
