Hydrogen storage. Designed in-house.
Enter the storage capacity and pressure range—the WOLF Configurator calculates the appropriate design for storage tanks or the BLOXX SYSTEM, displays it in 3D, and, upon request, sends it directly to us as an inquiry.
It’s that simple.
From storage requirements to the final design in just a few steps: Select a template, set the storage capacity and pressure range, review the results in the 3D view, and request the appropriate configuration directly.
The configurator immediately recalculates every change—including wall thickness, weight, number of vessels, and alternatives.
Not a computer. A computing core.
The configurator is based on the design logic of our production planning—simplified for sales purposes, but incorporating actual material, pressure, and geometric limits.
Designed according to the operating pressure range
The required volume is calculated based on the storage capacity (kg or Nm³), the pressure range p_min – p_max, and the real gas density of hydrogen. Residual gas remaining in the vessel at the minimum pressure is included in the calculation.
– Wall thickness according to the simplified EN 13445 model
– Ellipsoidal 2:1 heads, Klöpper heads per DIN 28011, or flat heads
– The material determines the heat treatment (PWHT)
