Family-owned business in vessel and equipment manufacturing since 1952
Vessel and equipment manufacturing from the Siegerland region
Robert Josef Wolf GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing vessels and equipment for industrial applications since 1952. The company is now in its second generation of leadership. Approximately 100 employees work at the Wilnsdorf and Herdorf locations.
Manufacturing according to drawings and specifications
In plant engineering, every design must meet the requirements of its intended application. That is why we manufacture one-off parts, custom-made products, and assemblies according to approved drawings and technical specifications. Any outstanding issues are resolved jointly by the design, manufacturing, and quality assurance (QA) teams in collaboration with the client.
Inspection from goods receipt to final acceptance
Material receipt, manufacturing, and final inspection are monitored according to the agreed-upon inspection plan. An in-house team of qualified inspectors performs the specified tests and documents the results. Materials and components remain traceable until final acceptance.
Additional services tailored to the manufacturing order
Depending on the project, we provide additional services such as surface treatment, non-destructive testing (NDT), and technical documentation. The preparation or organization of heavy-haul transport may also be included in the agreed-upon scope of services.
