Company Robert Josef Wolf GmbH & Co. KG takes over the company Siegthalerfabrik GmbH in Siegen. That is the market entry into rings and flanges.

Shareholding in Landruf Rohrtechnik GmbH in Freudenberg. 2007 majority shareholding.

Dietmar Wolf is appointed as managing director, too.

Taking up of production in the new built ring forge in the industrial area “Lehnscheid VI” to produce large rings incl. mechanical machining.
